I received the wrong kind of shirt in my custom shirt printing order.

After receiving your order number, we'll send a print at home return shipping label. After receiving it, send the shirt back free of charge and we will send you the correct one, along with a $5 credit toward future purchases.

Printing the Return Label

1. Go to outofline.site/returns and enter your order ID into the form. 
   
2. You'll receive an email within 1 hour that contains your return label.
   
3. Print it out and tape it on the package, then drop it at your nearest USPS.

It may take 5 - 7 business days for us to refund your account.
